SNAP

The Sentinel Application Platform (SNAP) is a common architecture for all Sentinel Toolboxes. The software is developed by Brockmann Consult, Skywatch, Sensar and C-S.

SNAP is especially useful for advanced Sentinel-1 image analysis. If you choose to work with SNAP, ask the assistant to give you access to a computing server in the geomatics laboratory (geo14 server). Indeed, a lot of RAM is often required ! Moreover, you won’t have to install the software on your computer.
